Karmim's Projek Khidmat Masyarakat

Today was a big day for one of my favorite guiding sister,Karmim.It was the opening of her three months community project.It's her,and all queensguide candidates last steps before the QG award.

Her project was to redecorate her school's girl guide store .It was unused before,so the room was pretty much in a bad shape.Cobwebs,old furnishing and so on .Hence,making it the perfect community project.The aim was to change it into a more presentable room with new equipment's so the girl guides can come here for small gatherings and do work .

She did exactly that!Her team did a wonderful job and Karmim was a great leader.She bought new cabinets,a carpet,even a fan !I came during her opening a bit earlier to see what I can help out with.It was full of joy watching them enjoy their final preparations.The girls were very vibrant,energetic,even cheeky!In the end,he room looked great,fresh and new! I was proud.

After everything was done, Karmim invited the headmistress and her guide teachers around noon where everyone lined up to greet.They toured inside the room ,Karmim giving explanations on what new things she added,improved and decorated.They seemed pleased enough and congratulated everyone for their effort.

They call it Girl Guide Hut.How cute !

It was also a golden  moment for her to explain more on Queensguide,its projects,and what next . Clearly queensguide is no joke .It requires discipline and a lot of passion.
