Raya Eid al-Adha

    Inalilahi waina ilaihi rajiun 

 Before I start this post,I'd like to inform that my grandmother passed away a couple days ago.I was on the way to class when my dad called to tell the news.Arrangements were quickly made to bring me back to Kedah and I reached just in time to say my final goodbye's.I cried when I first heard,while I was packing and while waiting for the people to fetch me.Yet when I saw my grandma myself,I did not cry.I was surprisingly calm although my insides begged myself for another rational emotion.I redha with God's decision .I'm glad my grandma can finally rest after years of being sick and in and out the hospital.To any Muslim readers reading this,please do me a kind favour by reciting the Al-Fatihah prayers for her.Her body has been buried at the mosque right outside my house.I can visit her everyday by just crossing the road.I'd like to thank everyone who came and gave support.My family and I are eternally grateful.

     We visited her grave today for raya.It's tradition actually to visit the graves in the morning after the raya prayer.Since my sister and I couldn't go to the grave for ladies problem,we watched our parents and brother water the grave.

     We then make our way back to Alor Setar to visit my other grandma .My aunt from KL came down and we had a good time chatting with them.Its weird now that both their son and daughter are overseas studying.I really really miss them ! But then they surprised my siblings and I that we're going to London this December. Yay !

     My sister and I ran to the room after a while cuz we don't know how to entertain the guests outside haha.Hence ,why not a selfie`?



     It wasn't long till we had to go back.I have packing to do before going back to Kampar tomorrow. Till then,raya is all about family.Cherish every moment you have with them because you don't know how long you have with them,or how long will they be around.Yes,sounds scary but its true.This recent incident taught me that.I wish everyone a wonderful raya haji and be around family and friends.
