i-Lead Online Leadership Course

From the previous post,

Im participating in an online FREE leadership course from World Association of Girl Guide or Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) !!

Its an AMAZING stepping stone in become a great leader .There's five modules that releases every 1-2 month which consists of critical-thinking questions ,quiz , fun facts and more !

I was pretty excited to get started because you can do it whenever you feel like it ,instead of having to complete it all in one go .It can be tiring but absolutely fun at the same time.Im still in the process of completing the first module .

For everyone out there , you are all more than welcome to take part in this course . And to clear out some misinterpretations ,its not a university/college course LOL , its just a freelancing pressure-free course to get to know how YOU CAN BE  a leader ,what are your STRONGEST points and HOW you an IMPROVE yourself.

I was almost demotivated  at first because I was struggling to give the 'perfect answer' .Turns out , there wasn't one! There is no right or wrong when it comes to giving your opinion . I had more and more fun as I go from page to page.There's also a forum where you can talk with other participants ALL OVER THE WORLD .I went completely ecstatic when one of them replied me and said she agreed with what I had to say .So yeah !

It was also amazing because for so long now,I keep thinking that i'm never good enough,that i'm always making more WRONGS than RIGHTS.I envied how some people can lead effortlessly while I try so hard but mess up anyways. I always worry whether sometimes i'm too passive till I cant influence people or too aggressive that I might take over.But after learning from this ,I find out how to handle barriers  .In the end,everyone has their own ways in leading.Meaning to say , just doing the course,I gained a mega dose of positivity !
